Home update.
If you haven’t gathered already, I am at home house sitting for my parents (3 hours away from my apartment).
I went for a 4 mile walk on Thursday and I was pretty sore, but I went for another 4 mile walk on Friday. The next day, I was extremely sore and very sunburned. So I rested up on Saturday. And then my sister came over on Sunday (I don’t see her often) and visited with me all...

I just weighed in at 186lbs.
Which is definitely a victory because April was not such a great month for me! I was at 189 for a few days and then went back up to around 192-194, and was stuck there . And I weighed in today at 186!
And then I realized that this means I have lost a total of 40 pounds! Which was on my 101 goals in 1001 days list. Oh man, I am so proud :]

I did yoga today.
I haven’t done yoga in a while and I did it on netflix this morning. It felt fantastic! I forgot how much I enjoy yoga.
I think I am going to do P90X Cardio tonight.

Grocery Mate is my new favorite app.
When Kyle and I walk around the grocery store, I am pushing the cart, he is adding up prices on one of our phones, and we are both trying to read nutrition labels. But this app lets me type in the item beforehand and it’s price and it adds everything on its own! Plus, it is free now! I am so excited to use this tomorrow while shopping.
