How is everyone’s Monday? Once again it is a workout day! If anyone of you aren’t aware, you know now! Anyone is allowed to workout on the following days together when a workout routine is posted: Mondays at 7/6c, Wednesdays at 5/4c, Saturdays at 4/3c. Okay, onto today’s workout routine!

10 Minute Jump Start Cardio Workout (10:53)

Per my last post, I am wondering if I do too much cardio. So yesterday I went to the gym in our building with B and he lead the workout his way:

  • Run half mile comfortably
  • Do 20 push ups (I had to do the majority on my knees, because I suck at push ups)
  • Run at 7.0 for two minutes
  • Do bicep…

My mom owns Ramp It Up and suggested I try it so that will be my workout for today! Comments on how it went to follow.


What are your fitness related goals for July?!

One of mine is to start the 30 day shred again. I had about a week left of level 3 and lost a lot of motivation. But I believe my mom and I are going to do it together this time. If anyone wants to do it along with us, let me know!

I love to do these workouts and really like to make up my own combinations. I made this sheet for anyone who wants to try but also for myself. I have a little note book with them so here’s just a few. remember go at your own pace but push yourself. Even if its just one more than you want to.

I have a gymboss interval timer but you can also get an interval timer app but i’m sure you could also find one on the computer if need be.

Plank Tuck Jumps

Plank Knee to Elbow

Side Plank Knee to Elbow

Plank Jacks

T-Push Ups with weights

Push Up And Row

Bicycle Crunches

Weighted Swings #3

Russian Twist

Curtsy Lunge 

Oblique V Ups

Supermans except without the stability ball

Burpee + Tuck Jump

Dead Lift

Elevated plank

Squat and Press

Squat or Lunge and Kick 

Mt. Climbers

Tricep Dips

In and Out Abs: Staring in a V extend legs out and In.

Spider knee: Bringing one leg to your chest then rotating it out to the side and back to plank. Alternate 

3 Point Jump Is jumping to the side, the middle then the other side.

Side Burpee: Regular burpee but instead of jumping to a plank you jump to a side plank. Make sure you place your hands evenly on the ground before you jump and go at your own pace.


I did yoga today.

I haven’t done yoga in a while and I did it on netflix this morning. It felt fantastic! I forgot how much I enjoy yoga. 

I think I am going to do P90X Cardio tonight.
